Every tank, scheduled payment, validator stake and execution of the Aquarium protocol, decoded from the chain by our own node.
A fee tank holds ADA that others may take for network fees by paying one of its accepted tokens; every use spends the tank and re-creates it, which we follow as one tank. A scheduled transaction is a one-shot tank that any staked validator pays out once its time has come.
