- Reserve, circulating DJED and circulating SHEN are read from the reserve datum; the reserve ratio is the reserve valued at our ADA/USD price over circulating DJED (the protocol uses its own oracle price).
Risks
- Minting DJED and burning SHEN pause outside the 400 %–800 % reserve-ratio band
- The peg depends on the ADA reserve: a sharp ADA fall lowers the ratio
