Realtap Data licence

This licence covers the datasets, files and streams you get from Realtap Data: the export API, the nightly files, the firehose and the bundle. By downloading or using them you accept it.
1. What is public and what is ours
The blockchain is public. Realtap claims nothing over chain data, and you may use chain data as you like, wherever you get it from.
The derived datasets (leaderboard, hot wallets, smart money, address labels and risk scores) and the arrangement of everything we deliver (the schemas, the column choices, the files and their layout) are Realtap's own work. This licence is about that work.
2. What you may do
You may use the datasets, files and streams for your own purposes, inside your organisation and in products and services you build on top of them, including showing figures to your own users.
You may keep copies, make backups and load the data into your own systems.
3. What you may not do
You may not redistribute the datasets, or a substantial part of them, as data. That means no resale, no mirroring, no publishing them as a dataset or a download, and no feeding them into a data service that competes with Realtap Data.
You may not share your API key or a download link with someone outside your organisation.
4. Attribution
Where you show figures derived from our datasets in public, say "data by Realtap" and link to https://realtap.app. Private and internal use needs no attribution.
5. No warranty
Figures are indexed from the chain by software. They may be late, incomplete or corrected later, and an old file is not updated when a figure is corrected. Nothing here is financial advice. The data is provided as it is, and Realtap is not liable for losses that result from using it, to the extent the law allows.
6. Access and copies
Your access lasts as long as your plan or your archive grant lasts. When it ends you can no longer download files or use the export API and streams at the paid level. Copies you have already downloaded may be kept and used under the same terms.
7. Personal data
Addresses, stake keys and labels are public chain data. Realtap adds no personal data to them. What you do with data about people is your responsibility, including following the privacy law that applies to you.
8. Ending the licence
If you break this licence, we may end it and your access, without a refund. You then stop using the derived datasets and delete the copies you hold, except what the law requires you to keep.
9. Governing law
This licence is governed by the law of Realtap's operator's country: [OPERATOR'S COUNTRY - the owner fills this in before the first sale].
